Pastor Wade began his ministerial journey at the Capitol Hill Seventh-day Adventist Church (Washington, DC) where he excelled under the leadership of Dr. Emil Peeler. In 2021, Pastor Wade became the lead pastor of the Campostella Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church (Norfolk, VA). During his tenure there the church experienced an increase in membership through baptisms, improvements to its digital media services, the successful completion of capital projects, involvement in community service initiatives, and the establishment of a grief support ministry.
Pastor Wade is passionate about community engagement, evangelism, and expositional teaching. In his personal time, he enjoys music, reading, and spending time with his family. He is also an avid Boston Celtics supporter. An emerging voice among biblical communicators, Pastor Wade is a strong believer in the transforming power of God’s grace. That is why his favorite text is 1 Corinthians 15:10; “By the grace of God I am what I am.”
